Terms of Use
MirrorBird is published under the Curiosity Factory name ("we"). By using MirrorBird, you agree to these terms. Apple's Standard EULA also applies; these terms supplement it for MirrorBird's AI chat and bring-your-own-key features.
The app
MirrorBird is an Apple Watch AI chat client. It connects directly to an endpoint you select that is compatible with the OpenAI Responses API. We do not provide an AI model, provider account, API key, or developer-operated proxy.
Your provider and API key
You are responsible for choosing a provider, securing your API key, and following its terms, policies, limits, and fees. Provider charges are separate from App Store purchases. Providers are independent third parties; we do not control or guarantee their models, output, availability, security, pricing, or data handling.
Your content and acceptable use
You are responsible for content you send and your use of AI output. Use MirrorBird lawfully. Do not violate rights, bypass safeguards, disrupt services, distribute malware, or gain unauthorized access.
AI limitations
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. Verify important information. MirrorBird is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Privacy, availability, and liability
See the Privacy Policy. We may update, suspend, or discontinue MirrorBird. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, provider compatibility, or accurate AI output. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

AI 局限
AI 输出可能不准确、不完整、过时或不适当。请核实重要信息。MirrorBird 不是紧急服务，也不提供医疗、法律、金融或其他专业建议。
隐私、可用性与责任
请参阅隐私政策。我们可能更新、暂停或停止 MirrorBird。在法律允许范围内，App 按“现状”和“可用状态”提供。我们不保证持续运行、服务商兼容性或 AI 输出准确。本条款不排除依法不得排除的权利或救济。
